First Day of Judo!

I think that ever since Benjamin could speak, he was saying, "when I am 4, I get to do JUDO!!" Well, the day has come! Just one day after his 4th birthday, he did his first real judo class! He did about half of the class which is 30 minutes and he followed diractions fairly well. Boy, did he look small out there!! I have to hand it to Coach Al!! His patience was tested I am sure because there was Benjamin and another 4 year old that started tonight too! Thanks for your hard work Al!!

I also must confess that I believe my wonderful husband has been waiting for this day since Benjamin was born! Tommy had a HUGE smile on his face just watching him!

It was a good day!

Benjamin's Birthday and Valentine's Day

Well, my little man is 4 years old now!!! We had a small party at Chuck E. Cheese and he loved it! He ran all over that place playing! He had a fire truck cake and got some really cool presents! It was a fun time! Pizza, cake, games - what more could a 4 year old want!!??!!





This is the only halfway decent picture of the little kids I got this morning for Valentine's Day! I might have to try later too! One Elizabeth was smiling in but Benjamin was totally frowning and then vice versa. So this is the only one where they aren't screaming at each other!!

18 months

Elizabeth is officially 18 months old as of this past Saturday. Can you believe it? I can't! The time has flown by - seriously!! She is an amazing little girl and has definitely added some much needed pink to our household! Seems like yesterday we were flying to Cincinnati for her surgery and today you would never know she even had to go through all of that. We have found out about her food allergies but she really could care less right now. She just wants to eat whatever I will let her - which isn't much! She is defintely pretty mellow!!

I HAVE to put a video of her dancing on here! It is the cutest thing ever! She cracks me up when she dances!!

Anyway, had to get all sappy for a post!!

I'm Back

Well, we are back among the living!!!! We ALL got the flu and it was AWFUL!!! We all have never all been sick at the same time. And I hope it NEVER happens again! Then Benjamin and Elizabeth got ear infections! They were both miserable. Poor things.

So, things are finally back to semi-normal! Tommy was so sick he missed work for several days. He is now making up for all of that! Benjamin is back at school after missing a week. Elizabeth is her same easy-going self. The house is still a mess but what else is new!

We did have some wonderful people come and help us while were were down and out. Tracy, Jill, Lisa and Tommy's mom, Yvonne, all brought us food and things and saved the day! We couldn't have survived without them!! Seriously!

I have some new pictures to put on here but I have been bad about uploading them. I will get to it!

Benjamin's birthday is next week and he will be 4!!!! I can't believe it! He wants all things fire truck so I am going to see about getting a fire truck cake. He is sure he will be a fireman when he grows up!
