We went to the lake for the holiday weekend and we had lots of fun! It was VERY hot but we found ways to stay cool. the kids had a blast! As you can see, we brought the kiddie pool and made good use of it. Too bad Daddy was mowing the lawn in the heat as he watched us stay cool!!!
E LOVES when B drives her around in his jeep! They cruise all over the property!
We went to Grandpa's place (Daddy's dad) and B caught his first fish off of his boat by the dock!! He caught 4 fish his first try! He says 4 matches how old he is!
Our rule at the lake is kids always wear life jackets while near the water. E had to get used to that!!
"You wanna touch the fish???"
B was begging to go for a boat ride and boy did he love it!
E loved it too! She was all smiles!!
B kept asking when he would get to see a sunset...
...he got his wish and it was beautiful!!
We had a great time!!
